LBT-1115 Socket Pull-Out Force Testing Device

Verify that the maximum force required to remove the plug from the socket and the minimum force required to withdraw a single‑pole pin from the receptacle assembly fall within the limits specified by the standard. Test objective: The insertion–withdrawal force test ensures that the structural plug of an electrical accessory does not become so difficult to remove due to excessive insertion force that it impairs user convenience. Durability testing involves repeatedly performing insertion–withdrawal cycles; after prolonged use, the plug must continue to meet the specified insertion–withdrawal force requirements and remain securely seated in the socket. Test sample scope: Sockets for household or similar applications.

LBT-1124 Plug (Pin) Insulating Sleeve Abrasion Resistance Tester

Test the wear resistance of the insulating sleeve on the plug pin. Structure: The apparatus consists of a horizontally mounted crossbeam and a linearly moving clamp holder. Function: At the end of the crossbeam is a U‑shaped head formed by a 1 mm‑diameter steel wire; the two ends of the U are vertically fixed to the crossbeam, with a straight working section of 6 mm along the base of the U. The 6‑mm straight base of the U‑shaped wire is pressed against the insulating sleeve of the plug pin, while an electric motor drives the clamp holder—carrying the plug—to perform reciprocating linear motion, thereby subjecting the wire to frictional contact with the insulating sample.

LBT-1129 Pin Fastness Test Apparatus

It is suitable for testing the mechanical strength of plug pins and should be used in conjunction with a high-temperature chamber. Test scope: plug‑pin structure and functionality; according to relevant standards, it verifies the mechanical integrity of plugs and sockets. Customizable socket gauges compliant with other national standards are available.

LBT-1195 Switch and Socket Cover Plate Gauge

Principle of contour‑line testing for inspection covers or cover plates: to verify whether the parallelism and perpendicularity of the cover plate comply with the specified standards.

LBT-1196 Transverse Stress Testing Apparatus

For sockets with a rated current not exceeding 16 A and a rated voltage not exceeding 250 V, the test verifies whether the maximum force required to remove the plug from the socket and the minimum force required to withdraw a single‑pole pin from the socket assembly fall within the limits specified by the standard; this constitutes a transverse stress test for the socket.

LBT-1198 Temperature Rise Test Plug, Temperature Rise Test Flush-Mount Box

LBT-2210 Lid or Cover Plate Testing Apparatus

Perform a non‑removability verification on the socket cover or panel to ensure its safety during subsequent use.

LBT-3145 Pin Bending Test Apparatus

Technical Principle: The pressure‑testing apparatus shall be placed on a stable platform, and its levelness shall be ensured by adjusting the support feet (the spirit level is to be provided by the customer). The device uses a five‑point manual clamping system to secure the plug under test, while an electric cylinder applies automated pressure to perform the pin‑bending life‑cycle test.
