Description
Product Introduction
1. Clause 30.1 and Figure 41 of GB 2099.1-2008
2. Clause 30.1 and Figure 41 of IEC 60884-1:2002
3. Clause 20.15 of IEC 60598-2-20
4. EN 60811-3-1
Purpose:
High-temperature performance testing of materials used for pins, cables, and insulating sheaths of optical cables, under harsh environmental conditions.
Specimen range:
Plugs with insulating sheaths, and the insulation and sheathing of cables and optical cables with a diameter greater than 0.4 mm.
Structure and Function:
Hardness testing stand, equipped with a circular-blade cutter, a rectangular-blade cutter, and load weights.
Test principle:
A circular or rectangular blade with a thickness of 0.7 mm is used to apply a specified load to the specimen under high-temperature conditions; the indentation depth after testing is measured to evaluate the specimen’s high-temperature resistance. This test should be performed in conjunction with a high-temperature chamber.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
