Description
Meets the standard:
Clause 22 and Figures 18/19 of GB 2099.1-2008
IEC 60884 Figure 18/19
VDE0620
Purpose:
Verify that the maximum force required to remove the plug from the socket and the minimum force required to withdraw a single-pole pin from the receptacle assembly are within the limits specified by the standard.
Test Objective:
Insertion‑and‑withdrawal force testing ensures that the structural plug of an electrical accessory does not become difficult to remove due to excessive insertion force.
Durability testing involves repeatedly plugging and unplugging the connector multiple times; after prolonged use, the plug must still meet the required insertion/extraction forces and remain securely seated in the socket.
Specimen range:
Sockets for household or similar use
Technical Specifications:
1. Equipped with one GB6A two‑pole plug, one GB10A three‑pole plug, one GB16A three‑pole plug, and one standard 10A test pin and one standard 16A test pin.
2. Equipped with a set of weights; by stacking them, a pull-out force test of 100 N can be performed, with the additional weight applying a force equal to one-tenth of the test force.
3. Implementation method: Manual operation.
4. Equipped with a safety lanyard to prevent the test plug from falling and getting damaged during use.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
