Description

The sonic transmission method for pile integrity testing

Product Description:

Acoustic transmission method for pile integrity testing; low‑strain method for pile integrity testing; integrity testing of diaphragm walls; ultrasonic–rebound combined method for determining concrete compressive strength; detection and localization of internal defects in concrete; measurement of crack depth in concrete; mechanical property testing of nonmetallic materials such as geological formations, rock masses, and concrete.

Product Features:

1. It integrates two pile integrity testing techniques—ultrasonic transmission and low‑strain reflection wave methods—combining their respective functions into a single system.

2. A single lift is sufficient to inspect six cross‑sections, with a maximum lifting speed of 60 m/min; the “one transmit, two receive” mode enables automated data acquisition and provides real-time visualization of the defect extent and precise locations along the entire pile body.

3. It automatically detects the first arrival wave, intelligently analyzes wave velocity and amplitude, and, after extensive validation using a large number of engineering piles, delivers precise and reliable test results.

4. Integrated radial transducer with interchangeable transmit and receive functions, coupled with preamplification technology to ensure clearly visible sampled waveforms;

5. True 24-bit A/D data acquisition delivers more accurate test waveforms and enhances the clarity of the pile‑bottom signal.

6. Supports frequency-domain analysis, enabling rapid and convenient calculation of the pile’s natural frequencies and defect‑related frequencies.

7. Supports a wireless high-precision depth-counting wheel; during testing, stored measurement-point waveforms can be freely replayed, overwritten, or deleted; the acoustic‑wave propagation‑time curve can also be manually adjusted to achieve more precise data calibration and test results.

8. 12.1-inch high-definition, high-brightness industrial-grade touchscreen display, featuring intuitive and convenient interactive operation;

9. It features a high-strength engineering‑plastic housing with a rubberized surface for a comfortable grip, effectively resisting drops and impacts to ensure stable and reliable operation.

10. Equipped with Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi, it can upload field data to the Haichuang Data Platform app in real time and supports over-the-air software updates.

11. Equipped with a separately rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it allows for convenient manual removal and replacement, supporting longer testing durations; an innovative thermal management design ensures continuous, stable operation even in high-temperature environments.

12. Data can be transferred to a USB flash drive, and the device supports software updates via USB or wireless network;

13. Powerful professional data processing and analysis software that enables rapid analysis of test data and generation of test reports, with convenient export functionality.
