The methods employed include sonic transmission for pile integrity testing; integrity assessment of diaphragm walls; ultrasonic–rebound composite testing of concrete compressive strength; detection and localization of concrete defects; measurement of concrete crack depth; and mechanical property testing of non-metallic materials such as geological formations, rock masses, and concrete.
Product Features:
1. A single lift enables the inspection of three cross‑sections, with a maximum lifting speed of 60 m/min and a minimum measurement point spacing of 1 cm. It can display in real time the extent and precise locations of defects along the entire pile body.
2. Integrated radial transducer with interchangeable transmit and receive functions, coupled with preamplification technology to ensure clear and distinct waveform acquisition;
3. Automatically acquire first‑arriving waves and optimize the results through validation against a self‑built pile foundation database and numerous engineering pile foundation projects. Perform intelligent analysis of the travel times and amplitudes of the first arrivals to ensure rapid, accurate results and real-time visualization.
4. The depth counter wheel offers high counting accuracy and supports on-demand playback, facilitating repeated transducer testing. It connects wirelessly to the host unit and triggers an intelligent alarm when the lifting speed exceeds the set threshold.
5. A 12.1-inch high-brightness industrial-grade color display, supporting full-touch operation. Brightness is adjustable, ensuring easy readability even under intense direct sunlight, making it ideal for testing in a wide range of environments.
6. Equipped with a quad-core A9‑based processor clocked at 1 GHz and 1 GB of RAM for swift responsiveness; a high-capacity solid-state drive provides ample storage space.
7. Equipped with a separately rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it allows for convenient manual removal and replacement, supporting longer testing durations; an innovative thermal management design ensures continuous, stable operation even in high-temperature environments.
8. It features a high-strength engineering-plastic housing with an extensive rubber coating, providing a comfortable grip and effective drop resistance and impact protection.
