Product Introduction:

The HC‑VnS series miniature pull‑out testers are primarily used to assess the anchorage strength of various fasteners, including foundation bolts, reinforcing bars, and expansion anchors. Their test ranges have been precisely calibrated to fully comply with the new standards for pull‑out tests on Φ6 to Φ20 reinforcing bars, and they can also be employed to evaluate the anchorage strength of tie bars.

Product Features:

1. Large-size, high-definition color touchscreen supporting full-screen touch interaction for convenient and efficient operation;

2. Simultaneously display the load–time (F–t) curve and force values on the screen, and ensure complete data recording throughout the entire test.

3. Load rate indication function, designed to help maintain a constant loading rate in accordance with the relevant standards;

4. Built-in Bluetooth module, supporting connection to the Haichuang app for data upload;

5. Meet the code requirement to maintain the load for 5 minutes when the load reduction does not exceed 5%.

6. Data peak-hold function and automatic 10-segment polyline correction;

7. Large-capacity memory, capable of storing 4,000 data records;

8. Built-in high-capacity lithium battery, capable of continuous operation for more than 3 days;

9. Equipped with an overload protection mechanism, it effectively prevents damage to the hydraulic cylinder when the no-load force exceeds the measurement range, ensuring safe and worry-free operation.
