Description

Product Introduction:

This machine can perform tests on rubber, plastics, foamed materials, synthetic resins, films, flexible packaging, pipes, textiles, fibers, nanomaterials, polymeric materials, composite materials, waterproofing materials, synthetic materials, packing straps, paper, wires and cables, optical fiber cables, seat belts, safety harnesses, leather belts, shoe adhesives, polymers, spring steel, stainless steel, castings, copper tubes, non‑ferrous metals, automotive components, alloy materials, as well as other non‑metallic and metallic materials, including tensile, compressive, bending, tear, 90° peel, 180° peel, shear, adhesive strength, pull‑out force, and elongation at break tests.

The testing machine measurement and control system is specifically designed for microcomputer‑controlled electronic universal testing machines, microcomputer‑controlled hydraulic universal testing machines, and microcomputer‑controlled compression testing machines. It can perform tensile, compressive, bending, shear, tear, and peel tests. Data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing of test results are handled via a PC and interface board. The system calculates parameters such as maximum force, yield force, average peel force, maximum deformation, yield point, and elastic modulus; it also supports curve analysis, multi‑sensor integration, a graphical user interface, flexible data processing, and MS‑ACCESS 2003 database compatibility, thereby enhancing its overall functionality. M223C is developed using Visual Studio .NET and is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.

Supports nine languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, French, German, and Portuguese. Users can switch between them at will, and the display names of database fields for test data are automatically translated according to the selected language, enabling convenient viewing of data in the local language and broadly meeting the needs of testing machines across different regions.

Supports three unit systems: SI international standard units, kg‑cm units, and Lb‑Inch imperial units; six commonly used unit systems: N‑mm‑MPa, kN‑mm‑MPa, gf‑cm‑kgf/cm. 2 , kgf-cm-kgf/cm 2 , Lb‑Inch‑kpsi, kP‑Inch‑kpsi—easy unit switching to meet the standards of different regions.

Software Feature Overview:

1. Modular Test Standard Functionality: Enables users to configure test standards tailored to their specific applications, covering a wide range of standards including GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS, BS, and more.
2. Specimen Data: Allows users to configure all specimen parameters, with data entered once and reused thereafter. Users can also customize and modify formulas to enhance the accuracy of test data alignment.
3. Dual Report Editing: An open, user‑friendly report editor allows testers to choose their preferred report format. The testing program has added a built-in Excel‑style report‑editing feature, breaking away from the previous single‑purpose, specialized reporting model.
4. Length and force units, as well as the number of display digits, are dynamically interchangeable; force units include T, Kg, N, KN, g, and lb, while deformation units include mm, cm, and inch.
5. Automatic scale optimization (Auto Scale) ensures that graphs are displayed at the optimal scale, and allows for real-time dynamic switching of graph displays during testing. It supports load–displacement, load–time, displacement–time, stress–strain, and two-point elongation plots, as well as multi‑curve comparison.
6. Test results can be exported in Excel format.
7. Upon completion of the test, data can be automatically or manually archived. The system automatically calculates and displays the maximum force, upper and lower yield strengths, hysteresis loop method values, step‑by‑step approach values, proof stress at a specified elongation, tensile strength, compressive strength, stress at a specified elongation at any point, strain at a specified load at any point, modulus of elasticity, elongation at break, maximum, minimum, and average values within the delamination range, net energy, return energy, total energy, flexural modulus, displacement at the fracture point corresponding to X% of the applied load, and load at the fracture point corresponding to X% of the displacement, among others.
