Product Description:

The HC‑GY62 integrated rebar scanner is a portable, intelligent nondestructive testing device designed to detect the location, cover thickness, orientation, and distribution of reinforcing steel in reinforced concrete structures. It can also identify ferromagnetic and conductive materials embedded in nonmagnetic, nonconductive substrates.

Features:

1. All-new design—compact and lightweight for easy portability;

2. Thickness measurement mode, with cover‑layer accuracy up to 0.1 mm; supports dual‑channel (left/right) AD value display and automatic center detection.

3. The JGJ testing function supports single-point retesting and automatically generates on-site measurement point thumbnails to meet the various test requirements stipulated in the relevant testing standards.

4. Built-in low-power Bluetooth chip, enabling connection to the Haichuang Data Platform app for real-time uploading of test data;

5. Supports PC‑side functionality for data transmission via Bluetooth, enabling more convenient data acquisition while reducing wear on the host’s USB port and extending its service life.

6. Equipped with a high-capacity lithium battery and featuring a low-power design, it can operate continuously for approximately 24 hours on a full charge.

7. The vertical laser positioning function provides real-time display of rebar locations and the centerlines of adjacent rebars. Multiple indicators, including an aiming reticle and LED lights, facilitate rebar location and core drilling operations.

8. Professional data processing and analysis software can generate 3D models, enable convenient data analysis and manipulation, and support report printing and export.
