Product Introduction:

The HC‑GY71S rebar scanner is a portable, intelligent nondestructive testing device designed to assess the construction quality of reinforced concrete structures. It can measure the concrete cover thickness of reinforcing steel in walls, tunnels, bridges, and other reinforced concrete elements; determine the location, orientation, and distribution of rebars; and detect magnetic and conductive objects within non‑magnetic, non‑conductive materials.

Features:

1. High-resolution color touchscreen, supporting full-screen touch interaction for a more convenient and efficient user experience;

2. Simultaneously display on the screen the rebar cover thickness, rebar location, and spacing, and automatically verify whether the thickness values comply with design specifications.

3. An innovative synchronous display feature supports remote control of the host device and real-time data synchronization, effectively preventing safety incidents caused by high-altitude operations and ensuring that inspections are both safer and more efficient.

4. The waveform scanning mode and rebar identification algorithm have been optimized, enhancing the ability to detect closely spaced rebars and enabling more accurate measurement of concrete cover thickness.

5. The upgraded thickness‑measurement mode achieves a coating‑thickness accuracy of up to 0.1 mm; it supports dual‑channel AD‑value alerts on both the left and right sides, as well as automatic center‑line detection.

6. Built-in Bluetooth chip, enabling connection to the Haichuang Data Platform app for real-time uploading of test data;

7. Horizontal and vertical laser positioning, with real-time display of rebar locations and the centerlines of adjacent rebars; multiple prompts via the aiming frame and indicator lights facilitate rebar localization and core drilling operations.

8. Supports multiple inspection modes suitable for various professional measurement environments, including ring‑free detection, reverse‑correction detection, reverse‑value retrieval detection, concave‑surface detection, and convex‑surface detection.

9. The JGJ inspection can automatically generate thumbnails of on-site measurement points and supports a customizable inspection sequence.

10. Supports remote firmware upgrades and provides convenient technical support; the PC‑side software requires no driver installation, enabling effortless and efficient data processing and report generation.
