Product Introduction

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements for the pyrolysis combustion furnace specified in the People’s Republic of China industry standard SH/T 0425-2003, “Method for Determination of Wax Content in Petroleum Asphalt,” and in T 0615-2025, “Test for Wax Content in Asphalt (Distillation Method),” as outlined in the People’s Republic of China industry standard JTG 3410-2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering.” It serves as a dedicated accessory to our company’s LBT‑1A14 Petroleum Asphalt Wax Content Analyzer and can also be used for other distillation tests on petroleum products.
Key technical features:

LCD display, automatic temperature control; imported compressor ensures rapid cooling and high temperature‑control accuracy, with a minimum temperature of −25°C. Equipped with three built-in vacuum ports for simultaneous processing of three samples, and includes a vacuum pump.

Apart from ring stiffness, ring flexibility and flattening tests, it supports continuous long-term creep tests up to 1000 hours (42 days) as required by industry specifications, widely used for pipe factories and construction quality inspection institutes.
