Product Introduction

The LBT-1A13 Petroleum Asphalt Wax Content Analyzer is a specialized, automatically temperature‑controlled, refrigerated instrument developed by our factory in accordance with the standard analytical method for petroleum asphalt wax content—SH/T 0425‑92—issued by the China Petrochemical Corporation. Its temperature control system employs a high‑precision, fast‑response digital electronic thermostat with clear readouts. The refrigeration unit features an imported 750WF22 high‑power compressor, capable of achieving deep cooling down to −28°C. This device overcomes the previous limitations associated with manual dry‑ice cooling and Dewar flask insulation, which made temperature regulation difficult, allowed only one sample per run, and complicated the analytical procedure. It complies with the requirements of T 0615‑2025 “Asphalt Wax Content Test (Distillation Method)” as specified in JTG 3410‑2025, the “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Bitumen Mixtures in Highway Engineering.”
