Product Introduction:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0711‑2025, “Test Method for Determining the Theoretical Maximum Relative Density of Asphalt Mixtures (Vacuum Method),” as outlined in JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixtures using the vacuum method, and is employed in asphalt mixture gradation design, pavement condition surveys, and quality management during pavement construction to calculate void content, compaction degree, and other parameters. However, it is not applicable to asphalt mixtures containing porous aggregates with an absorption rate exceeding 3%. The instrument can simultaneously perform parallel tests on two specimens, featuring a well‑thought‑out design, ease of operation, and high efficiency.
