L Product Introduction:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0711‑2025, “Test for Theoretical Maximum Relative Density of Asphalt Mixtures (Vacuum Method),” as outlined in JTG 3410‑2025, “Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering,” issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixtures using the vacuum method, and is employed in asphalt mixture gradation design, pavement condition surveys, and quality management during pavement construction to calculate void content, compaction degree, and other parameters. However, it is not applicable to asphalt mixtures containing porous aggregates with an absorption rate exceeding 3%. The instrument can simultaneously perform parallel tests on two specimens, featuring a well‑thought‑out design, ease of operation, and high efficiency.
Product Features:
1. Utilizing microcontroller-based control technology, processes such as vacuuming, vibration, gas replenishment, and pressure relief are all performed automatically.
2. An absolute pressure sensor is employed, enabling the instrument’s negative-pressure chamber to achieve a vacuum of up to 3.7 kPa ± 0.3 kPa.
3. Equipped with a vacuum gauge, it can directly indicate the operating status of the vacuum pump.
4. Equipped with a water‑accumulation buffer device to prevent water from the negative‑pressure vessel from entering the vacuum pump.
5. It can simultaneously perform parallel tests on two samples, featuring a well‑designed structure, ease of use, and high efficiency.
