Product Introduction:

The parameters provided by the handheld surface roughness tester comply with GB/T 3505-2000 “Geometrical Product Specifications—Surface Texture—Profile Method—Terms, Definitions and Parameters,” as well as with GB/T 6062-2002 “Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)—Surface Texture—Profile Method—Nominal Characteristics of Contact (Stylus) Instruments.” Scope of application: measurement of surface roughness on both metallic and non-metallic workpieces; suitable for a wide range of machined parts, mechanical manufacturing, inspection, and commodity inspection departments. It is particularly well-suited for on-site inspection of large workpieces and production lines, as well as for field calibration by inspection, metrology, and commodity inspection agencies, without causing any damage to the workpiece. Measurable workpiece surfaces include flat surfaces, external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, internal bores, grooves, curved surfaces, and other irregular shapes (with appropriate sensors).

Product Features

After rigorous temperature and humidity testing, the device is well-suited to high-temperature, high-humidity operating conditions; in particular, its measurements remain unaffected even in the humid climate of southern regions. It delivers high accuracy and stable readings.
