Product Overview

The LSHBRV-250F sensor‑touchscreen digital Brinell–Rockwell–Vickers hardness tester is an automated instrument featuring a modern design, comprehensive functionality, and user‑friendly operation. It employs a closed‑loop load control system, delivering high test‑force accuracy and excellent repeatability and stability of readings. With its intuitive, clear display and robust performance, it supports automatic application and removal of test forces and can perform Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers tests. Equipped with a versatile hardness scale spanning 32 measurement levels, it meets diverse hardness‑testing requirements. The measuring unit utilizes a grating sensor, with hardness values displayed directly on the LCD screen, and it automatically converts among various hardness parameters. When testing cylindrical specimens, it can apply automatic correction factors. The device offers high measurement accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, and ease of use, along with stable reading performance. It comes standard with a built-in printer and can be optionally equipped with an RS‑232 data cable for connection to a computer via terminal interface, or with a USB flash drive for exporting measurement reports. Its large‑screen LCD touch panel provides a rich, intuitive display and convenient operation.

Main uses and scope of application:
1. Determination of Brinell, Vickers, and Rockwell hardness for ferrous metals, nonferrous metals, and cemented carbides:
2. Brinell hardness of castings, annealed steel, normalized steel, nonferrous metals, and soft alloys;
3. Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials such as quenched and tempered steels;
4. Vickers hardness of nitrided layers, ceramics, thin sheets, metal foils, electroplated coatings, and miniature components;

Key features:
1. The optical system not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope; its brightness is adjustable, providing comfortable viewing and reducing eye strain during prolonged use.
2. The 8-inch LCD touch display provides a clear, intuitive visualization of hardness values, converted hardness scales, test methods, test force, brightness, dwell time, number of measurements, statistical data, and test duration, making the entire testing process straightforward and easy to follow.
3. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error to calibrate the instrument.
4. When testing curved surfaces, automatic correction is applied based on the standard surface radius.
5. Optical system brightness adjustment range: 0–100;
6. It can store 100 sets of test data, allows you to view the data at any time, and enables you to delete the current data or clear all test data.
7. The test force unit can be manually selected and switched between: (Kgf, N).
8. Can simultaneously display: maximum value, minimum value, average value, number of tests, and test block name (test block number can be entered).
9. The main interface can simultaneously display four conversion scales and switch among 21 measurement scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRE, HRF, HRG, HRK, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HK, HBW, HS, HBS, HV, Rm (tensile strength), and MPa (pressure).
10. Features a diagonal‑length memory function: the diagonal length is automatically saved after shutdown, and upon startup, measurements can be taken directly without needing to reset the zero point.
11. The upper and lower measurement limits can be set and displayed on the main measurement screen; non‑conforming values trigger an automatic alarm.
12. The operating system supports a total of 13 languages, which can be switched at will: Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.
13. Equipped with Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers testing methods and thirteen levels of test force, it can meet a wide range of hardness‑testing requirements.
14. Equipped with a built-in printer; test data can also be exported via USB to a USB flash drive for storage and analysis.
15. The cast housing features a one-piece, integral structure that remains stable and deformation‑free; its pure white automotive baked finish exudes high quality, offers excellent scratch resistance, and retains a like‑new shine even after years of use.
16. Our company possesses in-house R&D, design, and manufacturing capabilities. We provide lifetime support for spare parts replacement and maintenance upgrades for our machines.
