Product Introduction:

This digital display microhardness tester is a new-generation, multifunctional touchscreen model developed by our company. Featuring a modern design, it offers excellent reliability, ease of operation, and outstanding repeatability, making it an ideal instrument for microhardness testing. The device employs a C‑language control program, a high‑magnification optical measurement system, and an optical dual‑channel architecture, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and optocoupler sensors. In addition to meeting basic Vickers hardness test requirements, the upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece enables direct reading of measured lengths, ensuring rapid and accurate results. The enhanced control operating system incorporates a 7‑inch LCD touch screen, providing access to a broader range of measurement data.

Key Functions and Features:
1. The optical system designed by a senior optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.

2. The 7-inch LCD touch display provides a clear, intuitive view of hardness values, converted hardness scales, test methods, test force, brightness, dwell time, number of measurements, statistical data, upper and lower measurement limits, test duration, and other key parameters of the testing process.

3. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error to calibrate the instrument.

4. Adjustable brightness range of the optical system: 0–100;

5. Can store up to 100 sets of test data;

6. The test force unit can be manually selected and converted between the following units: (kgf, N).

7. Can simultaneously display: maximum value, minimum value, average value, maximum error, and sample deviation.

8. The main interface can simultaneously display four conversion scales and allows switching among national standards, U.S. standards, and international standards, supporting a total of 18 measurement scales.
