This digital display microhardness tester is a new-generation, multifunctional touchscreen model developed by our company. The device employs a C‑language control program, a high‑magnification optical measurement system, and an optical dual‑channel architecture, along with advanced technologies such as photoelectric and optocoupler sensors. In addition to meeting basic Vickers hardness test requirements, the upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece enables direct reading of measured lengths, ensuring rapid and accurate results. The enhanced control operating system incorporates a 7‑inch LCD touch screen, providing access to a broader range of measurement data.

1. The optical system designed by a senior optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.
