Digital display microhardness testers can meet the basic requirements of Vickers hardness testing. The upgraded digital micrometer eyepiece allows direct reading of measured lengths, enabling quick and accurate determination of test results. A large LCD screen ensures easy observation, while test conditions and the testing process are presented clearly and intuitively.
Key Functions and Features:
1. The optical system designed by the optical engineer not only delivers crisp images but can also function as a simple microscope, with adjustable brightness, comfortable viewing, and reduced eye strain even during prolonged use.
2. The industrial LCD display, with its large screen, can show the test method, test force, measured indentation length, hardness value, test force holding time, and number of measurements; it also allows users to enter the year, month, and date, as well as display test results and perform data processing.
3. The aluminum die-cast housing is formed in a single step, ensuring structural stability and preventing deformation. Its high‑grade pure white automotive paint offers excellent scratch resistance, keeping it looking as good as new even after years of use.
