Product Introduction:

An integrated intelligent visual hardness tester allows you to perform measurements effortlessly using just a single touch‑screen tablet. All required test parameters can be directly selected, adjusted, and analyzed on the computer. The PC communicates with the hardness tester via a standard protocol, enabling control of its mechanical motion components and supporting features such as automatic multi‑position turret indexing, automatic objective and indenter recognition, automatic loading, automatic hold‑time, automatic unloading, and adjustable illumination intensity. By connecting to a built-in CCD imaging and data‑acquisition system, the device can display clear, real‑time dynamic images of the indentation on the PC, while also allowing for automatic locking of the indentation to measure hardness values, automatic saving of test data, and generation of comprehensive reports. Operation is simple and rapid, effectively eliminating human measurement errors. This integrated intelligent visual hardness tester uses a tablet as its platform; via the internet, it can be expanded to support additional applications, and it can also be connected to external devices such as monitors and printers. The side‑tilt and lifting lead screw employ a worm‑gear mechanism, ensuring smooth and reliable transmission.
