The LBT‑S160 portable Leeb hardness tester is our company’s newly developed next‑generation flagship model. It features a low‑power design, a high‑performance rechargeable battery, intelligent charging management, and a USB plug‑and‑play communication interface. Additionally, it comes equipped with an embedded thermal printer that supports on‑site instant printing, meeting diverse measurement requirements. Its high‑brightness LCD display further ensures optimal performance in complex measurement environments.

It can be equipped with seven different impact devices; no recalibration is required when switching between them, and it automatically identifies the type of impact device.

l Supports measurement of multiple hardness scales and three strength values.

It can store 450 sets of data, including individual measurement values, average values, measurement dates, impact directions, number of measurements, material types, and hardness scales.

l The upper and lower hardness limits can be preset; when these limits are exceeded, an automatic alarm is triggered, facilitating batch testing.

l Indication software calibration function.

l Built-in high-performance lithium battery and charging control circuit, offering exceptionally long operating and standby times.

l Can be equipped with computer software, supporting functions such as data query, storage, statistical analysis, and bar chart display.
