Description
Product Introduction:
The LBT‑S150 portable Leeb hardness tester can directly measure Rockwell (HRC, HRB), Leeb (HL), Brinell (HB), Vickers (HV), and Shore (HS) hardness values. It complies with international standards as well as the Ministry of Machinery Industry’s “Technical Specifications for Leeb Hardness Testers ZBN71010‑1990,” the State Administration for Market Regulation’s “Metallic Leeb Hardness Testing Method GB/T 17394‑1998,” and the Leeb Hardness Tester Standard JB/T 9378‑2001, among others. The LBT‑S150 allows a single host to be equipped with seven different impact devices, automatically recognizing the device type and eliminating the need for recalibration when switching. Its ultra‑low‑power design, paired with a high‑performance lithium battery, delivers exceptionally long operating and standby times, while its compact, flexible form factor enhances usability.
Based on the Rockwell hardness measurement principle, high‑precision testing can be performed on a wide range of metallic materials. The instrument supports the “steel” material; when using a D/DC‑type impact device to test steel specimens, the HB value can be read directly without the need for manual table lookups. It also allows convenient switching among all hardness scales (HL, HB, HRB, HRC, HRA, HV, HS), with parallel conversion between the measured values of each scale.
Features:
Display: Full‑Chinese display, menu‑driven operation, simple and convenient to use. White backlit display for easy use in low‑light environments.
Data Communication: Equipped with an RS-232 interface, it offers multiple communication protocols to meet the diverse needs of different users.
Measurement functions: A single host can be equipped with seven different impact devices; no recalibration is required when switching between them, and the system automatically identifies the type of impact device.
Data Storage: Can store 48 to 350 sets of single measurement values, including impact count (32 to 1), average value, measurement date, impact direction, number of impacts, material, hardness scale, and other relevant information.
Alarm Output: The upper and lower hardness limits can be preset; when the measured value falls outside this range, an automatic alarm is triggered, facilitating batch testing.
Help: On all display screens, you can press the [Help] key to access operational instructions.
Calibration: Features software-based calibration of the displayed value.
Battery: Equipped with a high‑performance lithium battery and an integrated charging control circuit, offering exceptionally long operating and standby times. An LCD display shows the battery icon and provides real-time indication of the remaining charge.
Software: Upon user request, it can be equipped with PC‑based software, offering enhanced functionality to meet the more stringent requirements of quality assurance activities and management.
