Description
Product Introduction:
The PCHBWT-3000A touchscreen digital Brinell hardness tester lets you perform measurements effortlessly with just a single touch‑screen tablet. All required test parameters can be directly selected, adjusted, and analyzed on the computer. The PC communicates with the hardness tester via a standard protocol, enabling control of its mechanical components and supporting features such as automatic multi‑position turret indexing, automatic objective and indenter recognition, automatic loading, automatic hold‑time, automatic unloading, and adjustable illumination brightness. By connecting to a built-in CCD imaging and data‑acquisition system, the device displays clear, real‑time dynamic images of the indentation on the PC, allows for automatic measurement of hardness values by locking the indentation, and automatically saves test data while generating comprehensive reports. Operation is simple and rapid, effectively eliminating human‑induced measurement errors. Powered by a tablet platform, the system can be extended with additional applications over the internet and can also be connected to external devices such as monitors and printers.
Main uses and scope of application:
1. Suitable for hardness testing of metallic materials with coarse grains, it can reflect the material’s overall performance.
2. Cast iron, steel, and nonferrous metals, especially softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin.
3. It can be used for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials, such as rigid plastics and bakelite.
Main functions and features of the hardness tester:
1. This instrument features high accuracy, excellent repeatability and stability, as well as simple operation, convenience, and practicality.
2. Equipped with a 11-level test force, it can accommodate a wider testing range;
3. Automatic turret; the indenter and objective lens rotate automatically.
4. The operating system supports switching between Chinese and English.
5. When connected to a computer, data can be measured directly and transmitted to the PC for editing and storage.
6. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor for automatic application and removal of test force, resulting in reduced noise during testing;
7. Utilizing photoelectric sensing technology and a microcomputer control system, automatic compensation is achievable.
8. Automatically inputs the indentation diameter and directly displays the hardness value; it supports dual display in any hardness scale, eliminating the tediousness of table lookups.
9. Self‑contained design with high‑magnification LED optical measurement, offering high image clarity and adjustable brightness to reduce operator fatigue during extended use.
10. The housing is cast in a single piece, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation, enabling operation under relatively harsh environmental conditions.
11. The surface is finished with automotive baking paint, offering excellent resistance to scratches and maintaining a like-new shine even after years of use.
Functions and features of the automatic measurement system:
1. Hardness Tester Control: The system provides serial-port communication to control the hardness tester’s operations, such as rotating the objective turret, applying load, setting the dwell time, and adjusting the illumination intensity, among others.
2. Test Force Control: The system automatically controls the test force; to select the desired force, simply tap once, and the system will switch automatically.
3. Test force range: 62.5, 100, 125, 187.5, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 3000 kgf
4. Indentation measurement accuracy: ±0.5%
5. Automatically measures indentation and calculates Brinell hardness values in accordance with ASTM E10.
6. The German industrial standard DIN 1605 automatically measures the indentation of test specimens and standard blocks, and calculates the impact‑type Brinell hardness value HB2.
7. Automatic Measurement: Automatically or manually capture the indentation, measure its diameter, and calculate the corresponding Brinell hardness value.
8. Hardness value conversion and valid verification: The system can convert the measured Brinell hardness value HB into other hardness values, such as HV, HR, and others.
9. Data Statistics: The system automatically calculates and stores statistical values such as the average and variance of the measured hardness.
10. Over‑range alarm: Automatically flags abnormal values, and triggers an alarm when the hardness exceeds the specified threshold.
11. Test Reports: Automatically generate reports in WORD or EXCEL format, with customizable report templates;
12. Data Storage: Measurement data, including indentation images and other relevant documents, can be stored.
13. Other Functions: Includes all functions of the image processing and measurement system, such as image acquisition, calibration, image processing, geometric dimension measurement, document annotation, album management, and fixed-magnification printing, among others.
14. Ease of Use: With a single click on the interface button, the indentation measurement is performed automatically. For manual measurements or result adjustments, simply drag and resize the measurement box.
