Description
Product Introduction:
The PCHBS‑3000 digital Brinell hardness tester allows you to perform measurements effortlessly using just a single touch‑screen tablet. All required test parameters can be directly selected, adjusted, and analyzed on the device. By connecting to a CCD imaging and data‑acquisition system, the tester displays clear, real‑time images of the indentation on the PC, enables automatic locking of the indentation for precise hardness measurement, and automatically saves test data while generating comprehensive reports. Operation is simple and rapid, effectively eliminating human‑induced measurement errors. Powered by a tablet platform, the system supports expanded functionality via internet connectivity and can be connected to external monitors, printers, and other peripherals. The instrument’s software employs intelligent computer programming and photoelectric sensing technology. Users can independently set test conditions, with the 5.6‑inch multi‑function touchscreen displaying the testing method, upper and lower limits, measured indentation length, hardness values, conversion factors, test force, dwell time, and number of measurements. It also allows users to enter the year, month, and date, view test results, and manage data processing. Measurement data can be printed via the built‑in printer or transmitted to a computer through a data interface. The optical system utilizes high‑magnification LED illumination, delivering crisp, high‑contrast images with adjustable brightness to reduce operator fatigue during extended use. The hardware incorporates advanced electronic sensor‑based loading technology, featuring a closed‑loop control system in which the CPU manages sensor signal acquisition, while a stepper motor automatically applies and releases the test force and provides automatic force compensation, ensuring greater accuracy and stable readings. An emergency stop mechanism is also included, meeting EU CE safety standards. With its user‑friendly design, the system offers enhanced reliability and stability.
Main uses and scope of application:
1. Suitable for hardness testing of metallic materials with coarse grains, it can reflect the material’s overall performance.
2. Cast iron, steel, and nonferrous metals, particularly softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin.
3. It can be used for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials, such as rigid plastics and bakelite.
Main functions and features of the hardness tester:
1. This instrument features high accuracy, excellent repeatability and stability, simple operation, practical convenience, and outstanding cost-effectiveness.
2. Equipped with a 11-level test force, it can accommodate a wider testing range;
3. Equipped with a digital micrometer eyepiece and a precise data‑processing system, it can display the hardness value directly with a single click.
4. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of the input calibration instrument and also enabling calibration of the eyepiece magnification.
5. Optical system brightness adjustment range: 0–100
6. Can store up to 100 sets of test data.
7. The operating system supports switching between Chinese and English.
8. The main interface can display five conversion scales simultaneously.
9. Equipped with a built-in printer for outputting measurement data, or networked to a computer to transmit the host’s measurement data for editing and storage;
