Product Introduction

HLBT-3000ZS3 dual-objective, three-indenter touchscreen digital display automatic Brinell hardness tester. The software system employs computer‑based intelligent programming and photoelectric sensing technology, allowing users to independently select test conditions. All parameters can be directly chosen, modified, and analyzed via operation on a multifunctional PC. The PC communicates with the hardness tester through a dedicated protocol, enabling control of its mechanical motion components and supporting features such as: automatic multi‑position turret, automatic objective and indenter recognition, automatic lifting and lowering, automatic focusing, automatic loading, automatic load holding, automatic unloading, automatic measurement, and adjustable illumination brightness. By connecting to a built-in CCD imaging and data acquisition system, the PC can display clear, real‑time dynamic images of the indentation; it also allows for automatic locking of the indentation, automated hardness value calculation, automatic saving of test data, and report generation. The optical system utilizes LED‑illuminated objectives. The hardware incorporates electronic sensor‑based loading technology, employing a closed‑loop control system in which the system manages sensor signal acquisition. A high‑speed stepper motor automatically applies and releases the test force while providing automatic force compensation, ensuring more stable readings. An emergency stop device is also included.

Functions and features of the automatic measurement and control system:

1. Hardness Tester Control: The system provides serial‑port communication to control the hardness tester’s operations, including raising and lowering, focusing, rotating the objective turret, applying load, setting the hold‑time, and adjusting the illumination intensity, among others.
2. Test Force Control: The system automatically controls the test force; to set the desired force, simply tap once, and the system will switch automatically.

5. Automatic measurement of the indentation and calculation of the Brinell hardness value;
6. Automatically measures the indentations of the test specimen and the standard block, and calculates the impact‑type Brinell hardness value HB2.

8. Hardness Value Conversion and Validity Verification: The system can convert the measured Brinell hardness value HB into other hardness values, such as HV, HR, and others.
9. Data Statistics: The system automatically calculates and stores statistical values such as the average hardness and variance of the measured readings.
10. Over‑limit alarm: Automatically flags abnormal values and triggers an alarm when the hardness exceeds the specified threshold.
