Description

Product Introduction:

The HLBT-3000ZS2 dual-objective, dual-indenter touchscreen digital display automatic Brinell hardness tester employs a computer‑based intelligent programming system and photoelectric sensing technology. Users can independently select test parameters, and the 8‑inch multifunctional touch screen displays the testing method, upper and lower limit ranges, measured indentation length, hardness value, converted values, test force, holding time, and number of measurements. It also allows date entry, result recording, and data processing, with measurement data output via the built-in printer or via a data interface for connection to a computer. The optical system features a high‑magnification LED objective lens, delivering high image clarity and adjustable brightness to reduce operator fatigue during extended use. The hardware utilizes electronic sensor‑based loading technology; a closed‑loop control system manages sensor signal acquisition, while a high‑speed stepper motor automatically applies and releases the test force and provides automatic force compensation.

Main uses and scope of application:

1. Suitable for hardness testing of metallic materials with coarse grains, it can reflect the material’s overall performance.

2. Cast iron, steel, and nonferrous metals, especially softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin.

3. It can be used for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials, such as rigid plastics and bakelite.

Key functions and features:

1. Equipped with a 11-level test force, it can accommodate a wider testing range;

2. Equipped with a digital display micrometer eyepiece and a precise data calculation system, it can directly display the hardness value with a single click.

3. When applying the test force, the force–time curve is displayed in real time.

4. Automatic lifting and lowering; jog‑type operation for raising and lowering—no manual adjustment of the lead screw required.

5. After the test force is applied, the system can automatically focus on the clearest area.

6. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of the input calibration instrument and also enabling calibration of the eyepiece magnification.

7. Adjustable brightness range of the optical system: 0–100

8. Up to 100 sets of test data can be stored, with the average value and the number of measurements displayed on the main screen. The product name can also be configured.

9. Stored data can be viewed and printed in real time, with the option to directly print the current test result and all test records.

10. The operating system supports 14 languages, which can be switched at will: Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.

11. The main interface can simultaneously display four conversion scales, supporting a total of 30 units: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRF, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T, HR45T, HV, HK, HBW, HBS, HS, HV50, HV10, HV5, MPa, Rm, Rm(c), Rm(Cr), Rm(CrV), Rm(CrNi), Rm(CrMo), Rm(NiMo), Rm(MnSi), Rm(High), Rm(STNL).

12. Equipped with a built-in printer for outputting measurement data.

13. Optionally, measurement data can be exported via USB, or the host software can be used to export and edit the data, generating a measurement report.

14. Equipped with a stepper motor for automatic application and removal of test force, resulting in reduced noise during testing.

15. Utilizing photoelectric sensing technology and a microcomputer control system, automatic compensation is achievable.

16. Automatically input the indentation diameter and directly display the hardness value.

17. LED optical measurement with adjustable brightness, designed to minimize operator fatigue during prolonged use.

18. The housing structure is stable and deformation‑free, enabling operation in relatively harsh environments.
