Description
Product Introduction:
The HBWT-3000 touchscreen digital Brinell hardness tester features a computer‑based intelligent control system and photoelectric sensing technology. Users can independently select test parameters, and the 5.6‑inch multifunctional touch screen displays the testing method, upper and lower limit ranges, indenter diameter, hardness values, converted values, test force, dwell time, and number of measurements. It also allows entry of year, month, and date, as well as recording of test results and data processing. Measurement data can be printed via the built-in printer or transmitted to a computer through a data interface. The optical system employs high‑magnification LED illumination, delivering crisp images with adjustable brightness to reduce operator fatigue during extended use. The hardware incorporates advanced electronic sensor‑based loading technology; a closed‑loop control system, managed by the CPU, enables the sensor to acquire signals while a stepper motor automatically applies and releases the test force, with automatic force compensation to ensure greater accuracy and stable readings. An emergency stop device is included, meeting EU CE safety standards. The instrument offers user‑friendly operation and enhanced reliability and stability.
Main uses and scope of application:
1. Suitable for hardness testing of metallic materials with coarse grains, it can reflect the material’s overall performance.
2. Cast iron, steel, and nonferrous metals, especially softer metals such as pure aluminum, lead, and tin.
3. It can be used for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials, such as hard plastics and bakelite.
Key Functions and Features:
1. This instrument features high precision, excellent repeatability and stability, simple operation, practical convenience, and a favorable price‑performance ratio.
2. Equipped with a 10-level test force, it can accommodate a wider testing range;
3. Equipped with a digital display micrometer eyepiece and a data calculation system, it can directly display the hardness value with a single click.
4. The system features a built-in calibration function, allowing manual adjustment of input error to calibrate the instrument.
5. Adjustable brightness range of the optical system: 0–100
6. Can store up to 100 sets of test data.
7. The operating system supports switching between Chinese and English.
8. The main interface can display four conversion scales simultaneously and allows switching between Chinese national standards, U.S. standards, and international standards.
9. Equipped with a built-in printer for outputting measurement data, or networked to a computer to transmit the host’s measurement data for editing and storage;
10. Equipped with a high-performance stepper motor for automatic application and removal of test force, resulting in reduced noise during testing.
11. Utilizing photoelectric sensing technology and a microcomputer control system, automatic compensation is achieved, ensuring stable test results.
12. Automatically inputs the indentation diameter and directly displays the hardness value; it supports dual display of any hardness scale, eliminating the need for tedious table lookups.
13. Self‑contained design with high‑magnification LED optical measurement; features high image clarity, adjustable brightness, and reduces operator fatigue during prolonged use.
14. The housing is cast in a single piece, ensuring structural stability and resistance to deformation, enabling operation under relatively harsh environmental conditions.
15. The surface is finished with automotive baking‑paint technology, offering excellent resistance to scratches and dents; even after years of use, it remains as bright and new as ever.
