Description
Product Introduction:
Non-contact scanning methods have been extensively studied due to their efficiency and broad applicability, and they have addressed several limitations of contact-based scanning, leading to increasingly widespread use in the field of reverse engineering.
Non-contact scanning is commonly achieved through optical scanning, yielding point‑cloud data of the scanned object. In this approach, the scanner head typically does not make physical contact with the object being scanned, thereby avoiding deformation that could affect the measurement results.
Meets the standard:
The roughness test method specified in Q/CR 562.4 “Railway Tunnel Waterproofing and Drainage Materials – Part 4: Drainage Blind Pipes and Inspection Wells.”

Software Feature Overview:
Sensor Parameter Settings
The parameter settings comprise three interfaces: spectral curve, measurement, and parameter configuration.
Measurement
The distance frame and the light intensity frame are used to display distance data and light intensity data, respectively. Below is a percentage bar chart.
Data processing
1. Primarily used for configuring the position settings, such as the scan start point, scan range, and scan speed. Once configured, click “Start Scan” to acquire the contour curve.
2. Calibration is performed using the least-squares method, the two-point method, or dual‑region calibration; alternatively, no calibration may be selected. Sliding average, spike removal, out-of‑range hold, light‑intensity range, and shape correction can be configured according to the specific product.
