They are equipped with a state‑of‑the‑art, automated temperature‑control system and matching thermocouples manufactured by leading domestic suppliers, ensuring more precise and fully automated furnace temperature regulation. These instruments are widely used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and research institutions for elemental analysis, as well as for heat‑treatment processes such as quenching, annealing, and tempering of small components.

Structural Overview

The resistance furnaces in this series all feature a rectangular‑prism shape. The furnace shell is fabricated by edge‑folding and welding high‑quality cold‑rolled steel sheets, while the working chamber is lined with premium silicon carbide refractory material. A high‑performance insulating layer separates the furnace chamber from the shell. To minimize heat loss at the furnace opening and enhance temperature uniformity within the chamber, a heat‑shielding plate made of superior refractory material is installed on the inner side of the furnace door.

The measurement, indication, and automatic control of the furnace temperature are handled by XMT-series temperature controllers. The instrument is equipped with a thermocouple‑open‑circuit protection device that automatically disconnects the power supply in the event of a thermocouple break during heating, thereby ensuring the safety of both the furnace and the workpiece being processed.
