Description

Product Introduction:

Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) involves monitoring the mass of a sample as a function of temperature or time during heating, isothermal holding, or cooling, with the aim of investigating the thermal stability and compositional makeup of materials. It is widely employed in research and development, process optimization, and quality control across diverse fields, including plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metallic materials, and composite materials.

Structural advantages:

1. The furnace body is heated using a double‑row winding of precious‑metal alloy wire, which minimizes interference and offers superior high‑temperature resistance.

2. The pallet sensor is precision‑crafted from a precious‑metal alloy, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures, oxidation, and corrosion.

3. The power supply and the circulating cooling system are separated from the main unit, thereby minimizing the impact of heat and vibration on the microbalance.

4. It adopts a top-opening cover design for convenient operation and is equipped with an exhaust port, facilitating the connection of infrared and other devices.

5. The host employs an isolated heating furnace to minimize thermal influence on the instrument housing and the microbalance.

6. The furnace body features double insulation, resulting in improved thermal uniformity.

7. The imported weighing system uses a ceramic rod connected to the sample pan, which is detachable; depending on the experimental requirements, the sample rod can be easily replaced to meet diverse testing needs.

Controller and Software Advantages:

1. Equipped with an imported ARM processor, offering faster sampling and processing speeds.

2. Four-channel analog-to-digital (AD) sampling is used to acquire the TG signal and the temperature T signal.

3. Heating control: Unlike the relay‑based heating systems commonly available on the market, this unit employs a PID algorithm for precise temperature regulation. Additionally, it supports cooling‑rate scanning.

4. The software and the instrument communicate bidirectionally via USB, enabling remote operation. Instrument parameters can be configured, and the instrument can be started or stopped, all through the computer software.

5. A 7-inch full-color 24-bit touchscreen for an enhanced human–machine interface. All TG calibrations can be performed directly on the touchscreen.
