Product Introduction:

This instrument is used to determine the light‑impermeability of plastic pipes and fittings, with results expressed as a percentage. It replaces conventional methods for testing light‑impermeability and features industrial‑grade touch‑screen control, along with automatic calibration, data analysis and calculation, and printout capabilities. It is designed to assess the light‑impermeability of water‑supply pipes and fittings exposed to visible light, thereby helping to prevent the growth of algae inside the piping.

Instrument features:

1. A high-precision standard A‑type parallel light source is employed, with the light wavelength strictly confined to the 540–560 nm range.

2. The luminous flux acquisition system employs an industrial-grade, highly interference-resistant, high-precision light sensor and a 24-bit analog-to-digital conversion circuit, delivering stable and reliable measurement results with an effective resolution of 0.01%.

3. The sample holder provides three positioning points for each specimen and features voice‑guided prompts.

4. Color LCD touch-screen control and display, offering convenient operation and intuitive visualization; data can be printed via a miniature printer for easy experimental record-keeping.

5. Compact size, rational structure, space-saving design, stable performance, high efficiency, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
