Description
Product Introduction:
This instrument is primarily used for chamfering plastic pipes with diameters of 200 mm or less. It can be integrated with plastic pipe extrusion lines, making it an ideal chamfering solution for pipe and fitting manufacturers, quality‑inspection agencies, and research institutes. It features excellent chamfering performance, safe and convenient operation, and an aesthetically pleasing design. Chamfering is completed in a single pass, reducing worker fatigue and boosting productivity.
Working principle
Using dedicated jigs tailored to different chamfer angles, specimens with 10°, 20°, and 30° chamfer angles were machined using a milling cutter.
Technical specifications:
Power supply voltage: 500 VA, 380 VAC, 50 Hz. (In the four-core power cable, the shortest conductor is the neutral wire.)
External dimensions: Length 400 mm × Width 400 mm × Height 500 mm Power: 200 W
Host net weight: 35 kg

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
