Description
Product Introduction:
The LBT3600 carbon black dispersion analyzer is an instrument designed in accordance with the international standard GB/T 18251-2000 for assessing carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings, and compound formulations. It can measure the size, morphology, and distribution of carbon black agglomerates and primary particles, as well as the number of particles and agglomerates and the corresponding carbon black dispersion grade.
Technical Features
1. The transmitted‑reflected upright metallurgical microscope is suitable for microscopic observation of transparent specimens.
2. Equipped with a micrometer scale for convenient and efficient pixel‑size calibration.
3. Click on a particle image to display its morphological parameters.
4. The software supports segmenting selected carbon black particles, making it easy to separate two contiguous carbon black particles or agglomerates.
5. The software supports deleting selected carbon black particles.
6. The software allows users to select between two magnification levels: 70x or 100x.
7. It employs a USB 2.0 data interface, offering enhanced compatibility with microcomputers. The instrument is standalone and can be connected to any computer equipped with a USB port.
8. Supports exporting individual particle images.
9. The software is compatible with various operating systems, including XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and more.
10. The measurement results are output with rich data and stored in a database, allowing users to input arbitrary parameters—such as operator name, sample name, date, and time—for retrieval and analysis.
11. The instrument features an elegant design, with a compact size and lightweight construction.
12. High measurement accuracy, excellent repeatability, and short measurement time.
Meets the standard:
1. GB/T 18251-2019: Method for Determining Carbon Black Dispersion in Polyolefin Pipes, Fittings, and Compounds
2. GB/T 2951.41-2008 General test methods for insulating and sheathing materials of cables and optical cables.
3. ASTM D5596-94: Standard Test Method for Microscopic Analysis of Carbon Black Dispersion in Polyolefin Geosynthetics.
4. ISO 11420:1996 — Method for the determination of carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes, fittings, and compounds.
5. GB/T 15065-94 Determination of Carbon Black Dispersion in Black Polyethylene Plastics for Wires and Cables.
6. GB/T 13663-2018 Polyethylene (PE) Pipe Systems for Water Supply — Standardization Implementation (Latest Edition)
7. GB/T 15558: Buried Polyethylene (PE) Pipeline Systems for Gas Applications
8. GB/T 18742: Polypropylene piping systems for hot and cold water
