Product Introduction:
This product series conducts thermal cycling tests on specimens under vacuum conditions. It is suitable for use in the aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, electronic instrumentation, electrical materials, automotive, metallurgical, and electronic product industries, as well as for evaluating the performance characteristics of various electronic components in high‑temperature vacuum environments and for quality management purposes. It is also employed for drying, baking, and heat‑treating materials. Furthermore, it can simulate the vacuum, cold‑black, and solar radiation conditions of space in a ground‑based setting, enabling thermal vacuum tests and thermal balance tests. Additionally, it can replicate the extreme thermal conditions of the space environment, allowing for thermal vacuum testing of test articles while providing effective control, monitoring, and recording of their temperatures in a vacuum. This furnishes essential experimental conditions for research on related aerospace products. During simulated testing, specimens are typically operated under working conditions, with their operational and environmental parameters continuously measured.
Product Features:
l A single‑use, high‑temperature‑resistant silicone rubber door seal, integrally molded in one piece, is installed between the chamber and the glass door to ensure effective sealing and maintain a high vacuum level inside the chamber.
l Buckle-type elastic adjustment door lock, ensuring excellent vacuum integrity.
The enclosure is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, with an electrostatic powder-coated finish that provides a hard, durable coating and excellent rust resistance.
l The worktop is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring rounded corners, a smooth and streamlined design, and easy-to-clean surfaces.
The space between the cabinet body and the working chamber is filled with ultra-fine glass wool insulation, providing excellent thermal insulation and ensuring stable, accurate internal temperatures while minimizing environmental influences.
The chamber door features a double-layer tempered glass construction, allowing clear observation of the heated items inside while providing excellent thermal insulation. This effectively prevents burns to operators.
The heater is mounted on the outer surface of the chamber to maximize temperature uniformity within the enclosure and facilitate interior cleaning.
