Product Introduction:
This product series conducts thermal cycling tests on specimens under vacuum conditions. It is suitable for use in the aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, electronic instrumentation, electrical materials, automotive, metallurgical, and electronic industries, enabling the evaluation of various performance parameters and quality management in high‑temperature vacuum environments. It is also employed for drying, baking, heat treatment, and other processes.
It is used to simulate the vacuum, cold‑black, and solar radiation conditions of space in a ground‑based environment, enabling thermal vacuum tests and thermal balance tests. It can also replicate the extreme thermal conditions of the vacuum environment, allowing for thermal vacuum testing of test articles while providing effective control, monitoring, and recording of their temperatures in the vacuum. This furnishes the essential conditions required for conducting tests on relevant aerospace products. During these simulated tests, the test articles are typically operated under working conditions, with their operational and environmental parameters measured.

Equipment material: Inner liner made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel; outer frame constructed from cold-rolled steel sheet welded to channel steel; surface finished with electrostatic powder coating.
Door seal material: The tightness of the door closure is adjustable, and a one-piece, Japan‑imported fluororubber door seal ensures high vacuum within the chamber.
Insulation material: high-temperature-resistant, fireproof aluminum silicate
Sensor: High-Temperature Thermocouple
Safety devices: over-temperature alarm and automatic cutoff of the heating power supply, leakage protection, filament‑break alarm, phase‑loss protection, grounding, and other protective measures.
