Description
Product Introduction:
This test chamber is designed to meet the testing requirements of standards such as UL, EN, and IEC. It can rapidly bring samples to a low-pressure storage condition, automatically control the test cycle, continuously monitor pressure changes inside the chamber, and automatically terminate the test. The battery and battery pack are subjected to storage at a pressure equal to or below 11.6 kPa and an ambient temperature of (20 ± 5)°C for 6 hours. A sample is deemed合格 (qualified) if it exhibits no leakage, no venting, no disintegration, no rupture, and no ignition, and if the open-circuit voltage of each tested battery or battery pack after the test is not less than 90% of its pre‑test voltage.
Product Features:
Box material: Inner box—6.0 mm thick high-quality stainless steel; Outer box—high-quality stainless steel.
Observation Window: Dimensions: 250 x 250 mm, double-layer vacuum‑tempered glass.
Door switch: A door‑limit switch that cuts power when the door is opened, preventing accidental operation and ensuring personnel safety.
Controller: Independently developed force control system
Casters: The equipment is equipped with four swivel casters underneath, allowing for free movement.
