Product Introduction:

This equipment is suitable for applications in the aerospace, automotive, industrial and mining sectors, home appliance manufacturing, laboratories, research institutions, and higher education institutions, including high‑temperature baking, low‑temperature testing, high–low temperature cycling, thermal drying, low‑vacuum sealing tests, oxygen‑free processing, high‑temperature stress relief, high‑temperature curing, and oxygen‑free testing under elevated temperatures.

Product Features:

Main temperature controller: a high-precision microcomputer‑based PLC temperature controller that employs multi‑segment PID control combined with empirical fuzzy‑logic technology, delivering precise temperature regulation and allowing arbitrary setting of the operating temperature. It also features ten-point linear error calibration.

Program Configuration: The PLC interface offers two operating modes—single temperature and vacuum level mode, and segmented holding or temperature‑ramp control mode.

Data Storage: Operating temperature, vacuum level, and duration for each channel are automatically recorded, queryable, and exportable via USB.

Communication interface: R485/232 communication protocol and interface (Ethernet port optional for connection to a host computer system)

Inner liner material: High-quality SUS304 stainless steel sheet, 3.0–5.0 mm thick, with a mirror finish; laser cutting is used for blanking, and low-temperature laser welding is employed at the joints, followed by passivation and surface grinding and polishing of the welds.

Door seal material: The tightness of the door closure is adjustable, and a one-piece, Japan‑imported T‑shaped silicone rubber door seal is integrated with a flange‑mounted groove sealing element to ensure high vacuum within the chamber.

Insulation material: High-temperature-resistant ceramic aluminum silicate fiber

Protection and Alarm Devices: Independent over-temperature alarm to cut off the heating power, leakage protection, filament‑break alarm, vacuum pump overheating and overload protection, compressor overheating and overload protection, overcurrent detection, phase‑sequence protector, nitrogen overpressure alarm, and grounding protection, among others.

Casters: The machine is equipped with four swivel casters at its base, featuring a braking system and adjustable leveling.
