Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for stiffness‑performance testing of motorcycle helmets, electric bicycle helmets, sports helmets, and similar headgear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D institutions, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production and development of these helmets. It can also be applied to stiffness‑performance testing of other types of helmets, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets. By adding appropriate accessories and test procedures, it can further accommodate strength‑testing of wearing devices.
Parameter standards:
GB811, GB24429, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. The machine features a single-column structure with vertical linear motion.
2. The testing process is controlled via a touch screen, PLC, and a dedicated test program. The program provides automated control, utilizing a specialized motor and controller; speed adjustment is not required manually, as the program automatically adapts based on test conditions. It also automatically evaluates and processes test data and results.
3. The test is conducted under automatic closed-loop control of the test procedure, with a 2-minute constant-force hold automatically maintained. Manual adjustment based on force variations is not required.
4. Real-time display of force, time, displacement, deformation, velocity, test curves, and other parameters during the testing process.
5. Specifications and helmet configurations may vary slightly; the actual configuration shall be subject to the procurement details.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
