Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for impact‑absorption performance testing of motorcycle helmets, electric bicycle helmets, sports helmets, and similar headgear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D institutions, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production of these helmets. It can also be utilized for impact‑absorption testing of other types of helmets, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets.
Parameter standards:
GB811, GB24429, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. The impact height can be set manually and displayed in real time; when the set height is reached, the system automatically stops rising.
2. The base features impact resistance, securely mounts the relevant components, and includes pre‑drilled mounting holes.
3. Pneumatic control ensures rapid and smooth opening and closing.
4. Depending on the specific application, configure either a single-axis sensor gun‑type connector or a three‑axis sensor basket‑type connector.
5. The helmet can rotate 360°, enabling five-point testing at the top of the head, the back of the head, the forehead on the front side, and both ears.
6. Both the lifting and releasing mechanisms of the head are equipped with a dual‑rail structure to ensure smooth descent.
7. Speed measurement and motion control are implemented via mechanical‑electrical PLC and a touch screen; data are acquired by computer, with test time and curves displayed. Test data can be stored and printed, and acceleration values and acquisition timestamps can be exported to a spreadsheet.
8. The PLC touch screen is primarily used to perform operational control functions such as lifting and lowering, engaging and releasing, and speed acquisition, as well as dilution operations.
9. Computer-based data acquisition primarily comprises sensors, constant-current adapters, multi-channel data acquisition cards, and host‑computer software, among other components.
10. The collision zone is equipped with a 180° rotatable, high-strength protective shield.
11. Specifications and helmet configurations may vary slightly; the actual configuration shall be subject to the procurement details.
