Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for testing the structural integrity of helmets worn on motorcycles, electric bicycles, and during sports activities. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D institutions, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production of motorcycle, electric‑bike, and sports helmets. It can also be applied to assess the mechanical performance of other types of headgear, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets. By adding appropriate accessories and modifying the test procedures, it can further accommodate stiffness‑performance testing.
Parameter standards:
GB811, GB24429, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. The machine tool features a single-column structure with vertical linear motion.
2. Extra-large strap‑stretching stroke, with a stretch of up to 500 mm, eliminates the drawback of deformation and inaccuracy caused by the strap slipping off the adjustment buckle under load during the downward stroke.
3. The initial load can be set independently; once the initial load is applied, deformation data is automatically acquired without requiring manual zeroing.
4. The testing process is controlled via a touch screen, PLC, and a dedicated test program. The program automatically regulates the speed without requiring manual adjustment, and it dynamically adapts to test conditions, enabling automated evaluation and processing of test data and results.
5. The test maintains automatic closed-loop control of the test procedure and automatically holds a constant force for either 30 seconds or 120 seconds.
6. Real-time display of force, time, displacement, deformation, velocity, test curves, and other parameters during the testing process.
7. Both helmet test procedures are pre‑configured; users can simply select the appropriate test program based on the helmet type.
8. Specifications and helmet configurations may vary slightly; the actual configuration shall be subject to the procurement details.
