Product Introduction:

It is suitable for research institutions, testing laboratories, and manufacturing facilities to conduct thermal aging tests on geosynthetic materials (including waterproofing membranes, rubber, plastics, and pipes), electrical insulation materials, and other types of materials. Temperature control is achieved via a digital display and a digitally controlled PID automatic regulator, allowing users to set the operating temperature anywhere between room temperature and 200°C, with automatic temperature stabilization. This testing machine is equipped with a precisely engineered air‑exchange adjustment system, as well as digital voltmeters, ammeters, watt‑hour meters, and timers, enabling measurement of the air‑exchange rate. Its performance complies with national standards.

Performance Features:

1. Inner box material: The inner liner is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.

2. Outer box material: The exterior is made of high-quality stainless steel sheet.

3. The door is equipped with a viewing window, and the interior features a fluorescent lamp; the light can be switched on for observation when needed.

4. The insulation material is high-density glass fiber wool, with an insulation thickness of 100 mm.

5. The circulating fan features a specially designed, long‑shaft air‑conditioning motor that operates quietly and boasts an extended service life; its impeller consists of stainless‑steel axial‑flow blades.

6. The instrument is equipped with an imported dual‑display microcomputer PID controller and an AT self‑tuning high‑precision temperature control meter.

7. Temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±0.1°C, sampling period of 0.01 ms; PT100 platinum resistance thermometer.

8. Ventilation is controlled automatically by the instrument rather than relying on natural ventilation.

9. During automatic ventilation, the instrument sets the number of ventilation cycles as well as the duration and pause time of each cycle, thereby controlling the actuator to open and close the ventilation valve.

10. The panel control surface is equipped with indicators for ventilation operation and stop status.

11. Safety Protection System: The test chamber is equipped with over-temperature protection, timer protection, overload protection, and fan overheating protection.
