Product Introduction:

This test equipment is designed to simulate dusty climatic conditions and evaluate the dust‑proof performance of products, in compliance with national standards such as GB/T 2423.37 and GB/T 4208. Structure, Material, and Features:

1. The inner shell of the test chamber is made of stainless steel.

2. The test chamber housing is made of stainless steel.

3. The dust-blowing motor features a specialized stainless steel housing, offering excellent sealing, low noise, and high air velocity.

4. The inner shell of the housing is funnel-shaped, with an adjustable vibration cycle; dust freely rises and settles near the air‑blowing ports.

5. The chamber door is equipped with an observation window, allowing you to monitor the condition of the test specimens inside when dust-blowing is paused.

Control System:

1. Controller: A programmable controller is employed (this controller features the following multiple, arbitrarily configurable control functions).

a. Dust-blowing time (stop/blow) adjustable in h/m/s

b. Cycle period: arbitrarily adjustable

c. Default test duration: 0 s to 999 h 99 m 99 s, arbitrarily adjustable

d. Power on: off–on–off

2. Parameter settings are straightforward: no need to access the program menu—simply go directly to the parameter menu to make changes.

3. The total test duration, the interval between dust-blowing cycles, and the dust-blowing cycle period are all controllable.

4. The test tank and control cabinet are integrated; casters are mounted on the base, while the remaining systems are concealed for a sleek and elegant appearance.

Safety protection device:

1. In‑cabinet temperature protection to prevent uncontrolled temperature fluctuations from affecting the test.

2. Phase-loss protection for three-phase voltage and phase-sequence protection to prevent the dust-blowing fan from running in reverse.
