Product Introduction

The disintegration resistance tester is primarily used to determine the durability disintegration index of rocks, enabling assessment of their resistance to disintegration after exposure to alternating dry–wet cycles caused by climatic conditions. The equipment employs a motor mounted on the base plate to rotate two or four drum‑shaped specimen chambers at 20 revolutions per minute. These drum‑shaped chambers are supported by lubricated bearings, ensuring frictionless rotation. Constructed from corrosion‑resistant materials and equipped with two water reservoirs, the device is widely applicable in universities, research institutes, testing centers, and other facilities for evaluating clayey and weathered rocks.
