BGD 360 Automatic Sample Preparation System for Architectural Coatings Based on the standard sample preparation requirements of GB/T 9755-2024, the sample preparation system features a modular design, allowing flexible configuration with multiple workstations to meet diverse sample‑preparation needs. It also incorporates an integrated computer‑controlled software system for coded management of both samples and fabricated test panels. Equipped with a collaborative robotic arm, the system offers high flexibility, safety, and reliability, and can switch between fixtures to perform either knife‑coating or brush‑coating operations.
