Product Introduction

This constant‑flow water supply unit consists of a main housing, a storage tank, a glass flowmeter, and connecting fittings. It is primarily used to provide precise, constant‑flow water to internal and external wall coating washability testers and is designed for use in conjunction with such testers.

Machine Description:

1. The front panel is equipped with two liquid flow meters to ensure stable water flow, and a precision regulating valve is located below. Adjust the pressure‑regulating valve according to the experimental requirements; the flow meters will display the output flow rate. Rotating the knob clockwise increases the outlet flow rate. When adjusting the flow, increase it gradually and evenly to the desired value—do not attempt to set it in a single step.

2. A water reservoir is located above the cabinet; it should be filled with purified water before starting the test.

3. Since this equipment operates by relying on the force of gravity, it must be positioned at the same level as, or even higher than, the washability tester.

4. Since this water dispenser is equipped with a low-range flow meter and features a very small inlet, it places extremely stringent requirements on water quality; the use of any impure water is strictly prohibited.
