Product Introduction

The digital-display pull-off adhesion tester uses hydraulic pressure to perform peel‑off tests on coatings over a specified area. The peel force is displayed with high precision on a digital readout, and users can select between two units: MPa and psi. It features simple operation, accurate data, low maintenance costs, and affordable consumables.

Portable design with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, eliminating the need for an external power source; suitable for both field and laboratory use.

Standard USB interface: when connected to a computer, the instrument functions like a USB flash drive, allowing direct copying of stored experimental data without the need to install any software—simple and convenient to use.

Complies with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1, and other standards.

The instrument features a built-in real-time clock, ensuring that all stored data is timestamped with the corresponding experiment date and time, thereby facilitating comprehensive data management and aggregation.

Various pull‑off mandrels measuring 10, 14, 20, and 50 mm are available, enabling the instrument to accommodate products with differing bond strengths and enhancing its functionality and resolution.

Each instrument is calibrated prior to shipment using a traceable pressure sensor, with an accuracy of ±1% of full scale.

Internal storage of peel test data, including peel force, peel rate, test duration, and the size of the peel spindle.

The peel rate display makes it easier for operators to monitor and adjust the peel rate, in compliance with international standard test methods.

Simply press a button to select the pull-off unit size, change the measurement units, or store readings.

No conversion table is required; the instrument automatically calculates the peel force based on the dimensions of the peel unit.

Affordable, single-use pull-out units that require no cleaning or reuse and can be used for long-term data recording.

Aluminum automatic centering pull-off unit ensures precise measurements on both smooth and uneven surfaces.
