Density cups are employed for quality control, as deviations in the formulation of coating components can lead to inconsistent density readings. Our company offers cylindrical density cups with wide openings, facilitating easy filling, emptying, and cleaning. The tightly fitting stainless-steel lid features an upward‑sloping surface that directs excess sample material toward a small central hole, allowing it to overflow without trapping air bubbles and thereby enhancing measurement accuracy. Made from stainless steel and calibrated in metric units, these density cups are designed to hold a precisely measured volume of liquid. Three different sizes are available.
