The fire‑resistance characteristics of various steel‑structure fire‑protective coatings intended for indoor and outdoor applications on buildings and structures are determined under standard fire‑exposure conditions.
Product Features:
1. One furnace can serve multiple purposes and is compatible with several standards;
2. Employing a high-precision data acquisition card, multi-channel modules, a PLC, and a computer, the system implements fully automatic PID control, delivering excellent stability and repeatability.
3. The ignition system offers both manual ignition and computer-controlled automatic ignition, equipped with an electronic ignition device featuring an automatic flame‑out detector, ensuring more convenient, faster, and safer ignition control.
4. The burner is a high‑velocity gas burner and is equipped with a burner controller. The burner controller is installed on-site and features a two‑position switch for remote/local operation, facilitating on‑site commissioning and diagnostics.
5. Equipped with advanced pulse-jet dust collection equipment, the system employs a three-stage dust removal process. The treated gas is colorless, smoke-free, and its odor is reduced by more than 80%, leaving no lingering smell. It fully complies with national emission standards.
