Description
Product Introduction:
It is suitable for testing the UV‑resistance of laminated glass, including architectural laminated glass and fire‑resistant glass, and is widely used by advanced‑processing glass manufacturers and quality‑supervision and inspection agencies at all levels.
Enclosure Structure:
The enclosure is precision‑machined on a CNC machine, featuring a sleek and elegant design, and is equipped with a non‑reactive handle for effortless operation.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade SUS 304 stainless steel, while the outer shell is constructed from SECC steel sheet with a powder-coated finish, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and cleanliness.
A double-layer, high-tensile, high-temperature‑resistant sealing strip is used between the door and the cabinet to ensure airtightness of the test chamber.
The machine base is equipped with high-quality, lockable PU casters.

Operating Instructions
1. Clean the test specimen with a cotton swab soaked in anhydrous ethanol or diethyl ether: first prepare the specimen according to the method specified in GB/T 15763.2-2025, then place the specimen into the sample container of this testing instrument and close the sample chamber door.
2. Adjust the time and temperature controls on the control panel to set the irradiation duration and the test temperature of the sample.
3. Connect the instrument to the power supply, then press the “Power” button to turn on the instrument’s main power switch.
4. Press the “UV Lamp” button to illuminate the lamp tube.
5. Press the “Sample Bucket” button to start the sample bucket rotating.
6. Press the “Temperature” button to activate the temperature control function. When the chamber temperature exceeds the set point, the axial fan at the top of the instrument automatically starts to dissipate heat, thereby maintaining a constant temperature.
7. Press the “Timer” button to start timing. When the elapsed time reaches the preset value, all operations will cease, with only the main power remaining on and in standby mode.
8. Press the “Power” button to turn off the instrument.
9. Open the sample chamber door and remove the specimen.
