Product Features

1. This experimental furnace is designed in strict accordance with national standards. The external support structure is fabricated by welding solid steel square tubes, while the furnace lining consists of high-alumina fiber blankets and is constructed from lightweight mullite bricks. The furnace boasts a robust, stable design, excellent resistance to thermal degradation, superior thermal insulation, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

2. The burner can be fueled by either natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas, accommodating diverse regional and laboratory conditions. (Liquefied petroleum gas requires a vaporizer.) Using gas as fuel is clean and environmentally friendly, offering greater hygiene and convenience compared to oil‑based fuels. Key components of the gas supply system are entirely imported, ensuring stability, safety, reliability, and energy efficiency.

3. The burner’s air‑fuel supply system employs imported, fully automatic air‑fuel ratio valves that precisely regulate the optimal air‑fuel mixture, maximizing combustion efficiency and ensuring complete fuel utilization. Ignition, fuel delivery, and air supply are all controlled by a computerized system, with temperature ramp rates strictly adhering to pre‑set profiles. Burner positioning is rigorously calculated to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the furnace; initial temperature‑field accuracy is ≤ ±5°C (at an average furnace temperature of ≤ 600°C), and at an average furnace temperature of 600°C, temperature‑field accuracy improves to ≤ ±3°C. The system utilizes high‑power gas burners that deliver stable performance, ample flame output, and superior safety and reliability.
