A self-developed device for measuring the heat dissipation rate per unit time and the metal thermal intensity of heating radiators not only fully complies with national standard testing methods but also boasts high measurement accuracy, rapid speed, and fully automated operation. The system employs microcomputer control technology, enabling the entire testing process to run automatically while providing real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, pressure, flow rate, and other parameters at each measurement point. It features high test accuracy, a user-friendly human–machine interface, minimal manual intervention, and compatibility with both AC and DC power supplies.

Product Features:

1. By employing variable-frequency control technology, this system replaces the conventional constant-pressure mode of elevated water tanks, overcoming drawbacks such as large footprint and inconvenient installation, while reducing pipeline heat loss and lowering energy consumption. The water pressure is adjustable, making it suitable for testing under a wide range of operating conditions.

2. The thermal chamber is equipped with a digital temperature sensor, offering fast response and strong anti-interference performance. The heat-transfer fluid circulation system employs platinum resistance thermometers as the temperature-sensing elements, providing high accuracy and minimal thermal drift, while facilitating routine maintenance and servicing.

3. Enhanced anti-corrosion treatment: This equipment incorporates advanced anti-corrosion measures to extend its service life.

4. Featuring a highly intelligent design, the system boasts a user-friendly computer interface and easy operation. With its highly ergonomic and human-centered architecture, the equipment can run fully automatically, eliminating the need for manual adjustments by operators during experiments, thus enabling truly unattended, autonomous operation.
