Product Introduction:
The steady-state heat transfer testing equipment is used to determine the thermal transmittance of building insulated walls and panel‑type insulation materials. It is the preferred testing instrument for engineering quality inspection agencies and energy‑efficiency testing laboratories at all levels, with the entire testing process fully computer‑controlled.
Product Features:
1. The equipment enclosure is fabricated from metal sheeting and internally filled with high-density extruded polystyrene insulation, ensuring excellent sealing performance and enhancing the stability of temperature control and experimental reproducibility.
2. The equipment is equipped with a 3P Emerson imported chiller, delivering excellent cooling performance, ensuring long-term stable operation and consistent cooling efficiency, thereby significantly reducing the time required for testing.
3. All temperature sensor modules are genuine imported products from the United States, enabling real-time display of measured temperature values during testing and facilitating monitoring of operating conditions by test personnel.
4. The entire process is under computer‑controlled automation, and the test report is automatically generated upon completion, significantly reducing the workload of testing personnel. An adjustable latch mechanism enables the opening, closing, and secure sealing of the hot and cold chambers, thereby greatly enhancing operational efficiency.
